Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the 8mbit platform. By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree" (or any equivalent affirmation), or by using any service available on 8mbit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus-specific terms, the more specific document will prevail for that matter.

8mbit reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the 8mbit platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8mbit strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts terminated immediately and any winnings or balances will be forfeited.
• You are a natural person and are not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 8mbit complies with local laws in your location.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8mbit, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 8mbit or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a diagnosed gambling disorder that would impair your ability to participate responsibly.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 8mbit platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your relationship with 8mbit and to notify us promptly of any changes.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

Your account credentials — specifically your username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 8mbit bears no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

8mbit processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. 8mbit reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

8mbit does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 8mbit's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable fees.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or where a withdrawal request has been flagged by our fraud prevention systems. In such cases, 8mbit will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the affected player within 48 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

8mbit offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion page, starting from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms. Opting in to a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will void the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Exploitation: 8mbit reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player has abused any promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets, using automated software, or coordinating bonus play across multiple accounts.

8mbit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that withdrawals already in progress under a promotion's terms will be honoured.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 8mbit platform — including slots, live casino tables, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game before wagering.

Slot games and random-outcome table games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG integrity is maintained through regular third-party audits.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mbit platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, market, or service on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform interface. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, counterfeit identity documents, or chargeback fraud against 8mbit.
• Engaging in match fixing, or placing bets on events where you have advance non-public knowledge of the outcome.
• Using the 8mbit platform for any money laundering activity or for the purpose of moving funds derived from illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8mbit staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account.

Responsible Gaming

8mbit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including:

Account Suspension & Closure

8mbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Where an account is closed by 8mbit due to a breach of these Terms, 8mbit reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8mbit platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall arrangement of content — is the intellectual property of 8mbit or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform; or use any automated means to access, scrape, or index content from the platform without prior written consent from 8mbit.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8mbit's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total value of your deposits made to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8mbit does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may temporarily affect service availability. 8mbit will endeavour to restore services as quickly as reasonably practicable following any unplanned outage.

Privacy & Data

8mbit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Financial transaction data is handled in compliance with the security requirements of our payment processing partners, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

8mbit will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, fraud prevention agencies, or law enforcement bodies where we are legally required to do so.

Amendments to These Terms

8mbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 8mbit, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8mbit from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
